Canterbury Gardens Kindergarten
At Canterbury Gardens Kindergarten (previously Canterbury Norwood Kindergarten) we pride ourselves on the provision of a quality pre-school service within a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment. We are a small, community based kindergarten run by a committee of past and current parents, our program is underpinned by a belief in growth through imaginative play and the joy of music and stories.
Parks and Gardens
The suburb of Canterbury is fortunate enough to be surrounded by an array of wonderfully maintained parks and gardens, nature reserves and sports fields. 'Canterbury Gardens' - which is situated directly opposite our church - is a stand out feature of the area and plays host to many community events.
The Canterbury Centre
The Canterbury Centre is the hub of BASScare activities and is appointed with many facilities which allow them to provide a host of aged care services, including a daily lunch and Meals-on-Wheels from their state-of-the-art kitchen. The Canterbury Centre also facilitates a number of other activities such as book clubs, music and dancing, exercise programs, computer classes and a men's group.
